Order Fulfilment Specialist

Position Description:
Part-time +4 hrs a day
Monday – Friday
With demonstrated contribution both tasks and hours will increase

Description / Responsibilities:
Must be customer focused
Accurately and efficiently picks, packs and ships our customers orders
Ensures products are properly packaged, protected and presented in a professional manner to the customer
Documents incomplete orders and works with team members to make sure the order if filled, held or back ordered at the end of the day
Accurately sorts boxes per freight carrier specifications to assure proper and timely deliveries to our customers
Ensures the customers have accurate information and they receive order tracking email upon shipment.
Team player – assists with other projects as assigned or needed

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior work experience in Order Fulfilment is preferred
Attention-to-detail, ability to focus in an environment with multiple interruptions

Physical Demands:
Repetitive motion (taping boxes, lifting, bending)
Ability to climb stairs multiple times per day
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
The willingness to work over time would be appreciated.
